My name is Igor Krasnoperov and I am the CEO of Team Success. For over 20 years I have been a full-time real estate professional, providing sellers and buyers in Connecticut and New York with a successful, stress-free real estate process. In my career, I’ve sold over 1,300 homes. I am well-versed in all aspects of real estate, from luxury homes to distressed properties. Through my marketing systems and unique selling propositions, I sell homes faster, for more money, and with the least amount of hassle. I can navigate the short sale process with ease and guide buyers through the purchase of a foreclosed property. I created Team Success to benefit my clients, by streamlining the experience so that it’s transparent, stress-free, and rewarding. I am consistently a top-ranked Realtor but the awards I’ve accumulated over the years aren’t as meaningful to me as the many five-star reviews I’ve received from my clients, and the relationships I have cultivated throughout my career are priceless to me. Over time, our team has grown to allow us to increase our service areas as well as further improve the customer service experience. Part of our Team culture is about giving back. We donate a portion of our commissions to Blythedale Children’s Hospital, to support their mission of improving the health and quality of life for children with complex medical illnesses and disabling conditions. I was introduced to Blythedale through a client whose granddaughter was a patient there, and I’m grateful to be able to contribute to such a worthy cause.

In my free time, I train aggressively for another one of my passions…triathlons! This is a sport that provides an ongoing challenge and is the perfect vehicle to get me to my fitness goals. Chances are you’ll find me running, swimming, or biking on a daily basis. I’ve placed on the podium as #1 in my age group in many races and I am currently training for a half Ironman. In my downtime, I frequently hike and explore the beauty of our Region with my family.
